The ability for rural dwellers in sub-Saharan Africa to access the Internet is very vital. They can trade, socialize and facilitate socio-economic development in their areas. My research provides a way by which the Public and Private sector could work together to facilitate the internet infrastructure in rural areas. In this way, the people in rural areas can harness the possibilities mentioned earlier with the internet.
